By using or accessing RallyStorm,com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What Information is Collected?
When an individual registers for membership at RallyStorm.com, the only personal information required is a functioning E-Mail address and verification that the user is over the age of 13. All other information is optional. This optional information (name, birth date, etc) can be hidden from all visitors to RallyStorm.com, or disclosed as deemed appropriate by the RallyStorm member. All optional profile information provided by members is provided at his or her sole discretion.

For registered and non-registered visitors, information provided by the user's browser software is also collected; this includes Internet Protocol (IP) Address, browser type and version, and operating system. This information is used to improve RallyStorm services, track usage, and for security purposes.

Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information generated by a website and saved on your computer. RallyStorm uses session cookies to confirm that a user is logged in.

Forum Posts
Information contained in forum posts may be disclosed to the public or hidden from view depending on the individual forum settings as set by the forum administrator of that forum. All RallyStorm members should be aware of the current access settings of any forum in which they post, and should also realize that forum administrators may change those access settings at any time. The administration of forums is not limited to RallyStorm representatives and employees. Forums may be administered by any RallyStorm member.

Regardless of the forum access setting chosen by the forum administrator, content of forum posts will be made available to advertising servers. These servers scan the content of pages so they can deliver ads pertinent to the topic being discussed in that forum. No personal information is gathered in this way.

Advertisements
Advertisements appearing on RallyStorm are served directly to users from Google AdSense. In order to display relevant ads that would be of interest to you, information from your profile, and the posts and messages contained on the page where the ad is shown, will be read by the Google automated system. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/privacy.html) for further information regarding Google's privacy policies, and their policies regarding cookies and IP addresses.

E-Mails
RallyStorm will periodically send its members e-mail notifications when someone sends them a messages or interacts with their profile. These messages are optional and members may opt out of them by changing their notification settings. Notification e-mails may also be sent when someone posts in a forum. Members must explicitly request these notifications on a per forum basis, and can opt out of them at will.

Search Engines
Search engines, such as but not limited to Google and Yahoo, have automated systems which constantly read webpages and add that information to their search databases. These search engine “robots” have access to profile information and forums on RallyStorm as if they were non-member guests. In other words, any personal information which a member configures as readable by everyone can be read and recorded by search engines. Information configured as readable by members or friends only can not be read or recorded by search engines. This same principal applies to forum access. A search engine can read any forum which allows anyone to read it. Forums configured as readable by RallyStorm or forum members only can not be read by search engines.

Children Under the Age of 18
RallyStorm does not knowingly allow persons under the age of 13 to register for membership, nor does RallyStorm knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Persons under the age of 13 should not attempt to join RallyStorm or present any information about themselves on RallyStorm or to any RallyStorm representative. In the event that such information is posted or collected it will be deleted immediately upon discovery. Children under the age of 13 who register for a membership on RallyStorm will have their membership removed immediately upon discovery. If anyone suspects that RallyStorm contains or has collected information about children under the age of 13, please contact RallyStorm at info@RallyStorm.com.

Children between the ages of 13 and 18 are strongly encouraged to ask their parent's permission before joining any online community and especially before sharing any personal information.

Misrepresentation of Age
Anyone misrepresenting their age as being under the age 18 when in fact they are not under the age of 18 will have their account immediately deleted upon discovery. There is zero tolerance for this behavior, and includes misrepresentation of age by implication as well as direct statement. Children under the age of 18 who misrepresent their age as being over 18 will also have their accounts deleted upon discovery.

Information Disclosure
RallyStorm does not rent, share, sell or otherwise disclose Personal Information about its members, except:

• When the member has granted permission to RallyStorm.
• When required by law.
• When required to protect or defend the legal rights or property of RallyStorm or their employees.
• When required to enforce RallyStorm's Terms of Use and other agreements.
• To protect the safety and security of others.
• As described elsewhere in this policy.
• If RallyStorm is acquired or merged with another company, user's information may be transferred to that company.

Changing or Removing Information
Information entered on a user's profile can be changed or removed by that user at any time. Information posted in forums can be deleted or changed by the forum administrator and moderators, and by the user who made the post as long as that user remains a member of that forum. If the user is no longer a member of a forum and requires a post to be deleted, contact

Personal messages exchanged between two users may be deleted but not changed. Deleting of a message by one party does not delete the message from the other party's message list.

European Union
When a RallyStorm member located in the European Union posts in a forum or provides information on their profile, that member is responsible for ensuring that such information conforms to all local data protection laws. RallyStorm is not responsible under the EU local data protection laws for member-posted information.

Changes to this Policy
RallyStorm reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. All updates and changes will be posted on this page, and all members will be notified whenever significant changes are made.
